OC Inspiration Meme - Avian Fazio

Avian Fazio is my new OC, created in spring 2014. He's the coach of ISM soccer club and wanna know what inspired me to create Avian?

Side Inspiration:
- former  Malaysian soccer coach Ong Kim Swee (middle left) and K Rajagopal (bottom left) - since they're familiar with my soccer interest since 2010
- Pep Guardiola (middle) and other 2 coaches (top left and bottom right) that I forgot their name =.=
- Fiction soccer coach that I know so far is the coach from Supa Strikas
- My 2nd ex.... =.=

Main Inspiration = Joachim Loew
Why? Well, both Loew and Avian Fazio are ambitious coach and determined to make the Germany and ISM won the world throphy respectively - they're both kinda strict but inside their heart, they're warm-hearted and modern-minded. And they sometimes turned out as stylish coach when the matches started.
